Joe Burton comes from a strong rugby family being brought up around the game his whole life, with his dad being an ex-professional rugby league player and his two siblings Abi and twin brother Oli both playing professional rugby. Joe’s rugby league aspirations started at the age of 5 and has continued to push everyday for to fulfil these aspirations of getting to the super league.
On Joe’s journey he has been involved in Leeds Rhino’s academy, Castleford Tiger’s academy, Bradford Bulls, England academy (U19s) and now Hunslet Rugby League.
Outside of rugby, Joe is balancing both rugby and his joinery apprenticeship.
Joe said: “Without the support of Jorvik Design Group over the past year I wouldn’t have been able to make my first team debut at Bradford and able to continuously play at the first team level. I’m very grateful for the support and hope that you will continue supporting myself and my aspirations in the future.”
